- Recap: What was good? Decoration, photo studio, flow, MCs,

- Recap: What needs improvement? Acknowledge advisors, increase attendance by emailing club officers, rehearsal, bigger stage or 2^nd stair case, show PowerPoint in the beginning of school year.

- Pictures will be uploaded on westernstudents.org and CEC Facebook pages.

- Recap write-up will be done and uploaded by Gina.

 3. Other & questions

- Ideas for next semester can go on the first page of the binder.

- Gina motions to move “Shot of Reality” from October 22 to October 8 under the condition that we would save $1000. 2^nd by Luke. Motion passes unanimously.

- Gina will send a Facebook message to CEC members to help clean up the SG office.
